Moment #8: Four times this year, a Sea Lion delivered a hit in the final at-bat of the game to give Point Loma a walk-off win in America's Most Scenic Ballpark, Carroll B. Land Stadium, and all four were memorable as the joy of victory was forever preserved in those moments.

The first came on opening day when senior outfielder Brett O'Toole singled up the middle to drive in the only two runs of the day in a 2-1 win over Vanguard. A few weeks later, Otto Kemp hit a solo home run in the final inning against Concordia to break a 0-0 tie and give the Sea Lions the victory after a dominant start by Nathan Garkow. The next weekend it was again O'Toole that seized the opportunity to be a hero in the bottom of the ninth when he singled, bring in Kemp with the winning run. Easton Waterman got in on the action with his first career walk-off home run against No. 17 nationally ranked Azusa Pacific. The junior catcher worked the count full before launching the next pitch over the wall for the Sea Lions' fourth and final walk-off win of 2021.
